When we had gotten to the hotel and put our bags down in our room. That's when Nessie began to cry again. I went to her and held her, trying to reassure her. She cried for about an hour, running around the room, dumping out our suitcases and throwing things everywhere. As she made a mess of things, her sobs turned to screams of rage. Chapters send delegates to NLDC in order to learn skills relating to their elected positions, gain perspectives on chapter operations from other members and bond with the brothers from each chapter.
